Besides a birthday memory book, you'll need to plan for a party location, caterer, liquor, bartender, linens, tableware, candles, table candy, centerpiece, flowers, invitations and RSVP, cake, entertainment, decorations, photographer/videographer, hotels for out of town guests, maps/directions, welcome gifts and transportation--among other things.
